I hope you're all enjoying the holiday break! I'm back in New England visiting family and friends and we're hitting the refresh button with an agenda that consists of eating pie for breakfast and sleeping in late. Oh, AND I got to meet my new little niece Ellery! I like to sit and stare at her for hours. So while I have to admit, I haven't been all that active, it's still been pretty amazing.

These overalls from SHEIN are perfect for all things casual. They're comfy, cute and a nice change from basic jeans. If you're afraid to try on the overall trend (like I was just a few years ago) just be sure to wear them with grown-up accessories (like a structured bag or booties), avoid plaid and cuff the legs.

Cheers to FRIDAY! It marks the start of weekend and for me, the beginning of a little three day getaway. I'm road-tripping with some friends over to a ranch in Arizona --the land of BBQ's, beer tastings, long hikes and horseback rides. I can't wait! It's a place that I've been wanting to visit for a while, so I'm psyched to finally be able to check it off my list.

This casual outfit (that I've been living in lately) will definitely be making its way into my suitcase. The striped cold-shoulder top from ROMWE is perfect for fall. Flowy yet flattering, it pairs well with ripped skinnies, like I wore here, but I also really love it tucked into a pencil skirt or shorts. Oh and I'm a big fan of this new crossbody from the WHOWHATWEAR collection at Target! A neutral bag is always in season and this one is quickly becoming one of my favorites.
